Partnering With Represent.Us, Fans Can Donate for a Chance to Go Wine Tasting With J-Law

“Hey, you. You wanna help stop political corruption in America? And drink a ton of wine?”

…with Jennifer Lawrence?! The actress has teamed up with Represent.Us in a campaign called “Drink Wine to Fight Corruption.”

Represent.Us is an organization dedicated to passing legislature that will prevent political corruption in the United States — without the help of politicians.

The grassroot campaign’s website gives a bit more insight into their work: “Defend the Republic. We bring together conservatives, progressives, and everyone in between to pass powerful anti-corruption laws that stop political bribery, end secret money, and end our broken elections.”

Represent.Us’s current primary task is to pass the Anti-Corruption Act throughout the United States. Represent.Us members passed the act in South Dakota in 2016, but the state legislature repealed it shortly after.

Wine tasting hopefuls can enter to win by visiting Represent.Us online. Ten chances to win are free — but donate $10 to the organization, and you’ll be entered 100 more times. The higher the donation, the higher the chance of winning a trip to California to drink wine with “America’s sweetheart.” The winner can bring a friend too!

Entries to win will be accepted through September 25. With a playdate with J-Law as a prize, Represent.Us will certainly reap millions — for a great cause.
