Deadpool Invites the Whole Family to Thanksgiving in First Sequel Movie Poster

When the first Deadpool movie from 20th Century Fox began its marketing campaign, fans were pleasantly surprised at the sometimes off-the-wall stunts and ploys the movie studio was using to promote the film. With the highly anticipated sequel gearing up for its 2018 release, the first Deadpool 2 poster has appeared … in Good Housekeeping magazine of all places.

In various cities across the United States, Good Housekeeping is handing out special editions of their holiday issue featuring the “Merc with a mouth” on the cover. Inside is a special four-page Deadpool section with a letter to the editor from the character, a Deadpool turkey carving guide, a Thanksgiving-themed poster from the upcoming movie, and a recipe section from Deadpool for “D’s Spiced Nuts” and “Creamy Clam Skinny Dip” party dip.

The poster is of particular interest to fans, as it features the new characters Cable (Josh Brolin) and Domino (Zazie Beetz).

Deadpool 2 returns Ryan Reynolds in the title role, along with Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), T.J. Miller (Weasel), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), and Stefan Kapicic (Colossus).

The film is set to hit theaters in the height of the Summer blockbuster season on June 1, 2018. It is directed by David Leitch. See the special Thanksgiving holiday poster below.
