Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid spotted holding hands

Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid have been spotted holding hands.

The couple split up earlier this month before getting back together almost immediately and on Friday (06.10.16) they were pictured together for the first time since their reconciliation as they left her apartment in New York.

Gigi, 21, and 23-year-old Zayn were reportedly making their way to the airport ahead of Zayn’s performance at the Capital Summertime Ball in London where his ex-fiancee Perrie Edwards is performing with her band Little Mix.

Gigi and Zayn have reportedly been off and on recently and had a huge fight at Gigi’s birthday party in Los Angeles in April.

An insider explained: "During her birthday they were fighting. They have broken up and got back together a few times."

Zayn broke off his engagement with Perrie last year and the blonde beauty was recently spotted getting close with Ellie Goulding’s ex Dougie Poynter.

The Little Mix singer and McFly bassist attended the Glamour Women of The Year Awards last week and spent the evening chatting "into the early hours".

A source said: "Perrie looked amazing and caught Dougie’s eye. The two of them stayed chatting into the early hours. It was clear they were loving each other’s company."

Perrie, 22 and Dougie began following each other on Instagram back in April and the blonde beauty previously admitted she had a "little crush" on the musician.

She said: "Dougie Poynter from McFly started seeing Frankie Sandford from The Saturdays and I was gutted."

Perrie has been single since her split from Zayn but recently admitted she has a clear idea of her ideal man.

She said: "I’m quite shy when it comes to dating. I haven’t been on a lot of dates but I have had some amazing ones in my time. I like it when a guy makes me laugh and is spontaneous.

"I like people to be 100 per cent themselves and not afraid to be crazy or do something outlandish or fun. I don’t like the typical let’s go for a fancy meal-type dates, that would make me too nervous. I’d rather go bowling or something."
