Wife Epically Surprises Husband With Baby Announcement During Couples Shoot
A couples shoot can be a lovely thing at any age but one Wisconsin man received a special surprise after his wife used the occasion to deliver the news that he was about to become a father.
Mother to be Bri Dow wanted to do capture the moment she delivered husband Brandon the good news so arranged a shoot in a local park with their wedding photographer Samantha Boos.

Boos, who said Bri’s excitement was palpable throughout the photoshoot as she had known she was pregnant for two weeks prior to the day, told the couple to pose back-to-back and write three words that described each other to be presented once they turned around to face each other. Brandon, completely unaware of the ruse, affectionately wrote “Love, Cute, Sweet,” on his chalkboard along with a smiley face to describe his wife.

Bri, on the other hand, wrote “You’re going to be a daddy!” and added a love heart for good measure.

“As soon as he was reading my board I just kept looking at his eyes and could tell he was so shocked and excited,” Bri told ABC News. “After he read my board he looked into my eyes and said ‘Really?!’ and I said ‘Yes!’ He hugged me instantly and cried with joy. It was the perfect moment and feeling I will never forget.”
The couple has a history of surprising each other, with Brandon proposing to Bri when they were wakeboarding with his sister recording the moment. “ “I always knew that I wanted to surprise him somehow just as he surprised me with the unique proposal,” Bri added.

On August 5, Boos posted the photos on her Facebook page, where they then went viral. “Brandon’s reaction was priceless,” Boos told The Huffington Post. “He had the same reaction when Bri walked down the aisle as well. After he read the board it went from thoughtful, to excited, then lastly to tearful. He was overjoyed with the news and couldn’t wait to hug his wife.”

At the time of writing a Facebook post has over 289,000 positive reactions and has been shared over 53,000 shares. Besides a message from Bri thanking Boos for the pictures, the most popular comments include “I cried and I don’t even know them! Congrats!! So sweet!,” “That is so incredibly amazing. Do you see that man’s face?! He’s going to be an incredible dad! I can’t say enough how much I love this,” and “That was a beautiful way to tell your husband….I’m all emotional….praying for your precious baby and Mommy and Daddy <3 <3 <3 THESE PHOTOS ARE AMAZING !!!!!”
“I hope people see love and how much love two people can have for each other and the future,” Boos added. “So much in the media right now is negative. It’s always nice to see something positive.”
The as yet unnamed Baby Dow is due on February 11, 2017.
