Sharon Osbourne will remain as her husband Ozzy’s manager despite his sex addiction confession.

The ‘X Factor’ judge has reportedly decided not to let the Black Sabbath’s fling with hairdresser Michelle Pugh and "intense" therapy to curb his insatiable appetite for sex destroy their working relationship.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She has vowed to never let Ozzy go as a client, even though they are in a deeply dark place in their marriage. She doesn’t want the business to suffer."

And the 63-year-old star – who has Jack, 30, and daughters Aimee, 32, and Kelly, 31, with Ozzy, 67 – is not the only member of the family to stick by the notorious hellraiser, as their son Jack has vowed to have his father’s back no matter what.

Jack – who has two daughters, Pearl, four, and 14-month-old Andy Rose with wife Lisa – said: "They’re working on it. You know, they’re trying to rein it in. They’ve been together for so long and this isn’t their first rodeo.

"They don’t have this picture-perfect marriage, and they’ve never claimed to, so they’re just trying to figure it out, I guess. My take on it is, whatever happens, my parents are still my parents – it’s not like they’re going to be like, ‘Well, do you want to go live with your dad or your mom?’ "

"So you kind of just support where you can and focus on whatever you need to get done – I’ve got my own kids and my own marriage to work on."

Meanwhile, Sharon recently revealed Ozzy’s sex addiction had been going on for "at least six years" and says it is "embarrassing" for her family.

And she also revealed he’ll be entering rehab when the ‘Paranoid’ hitmakers finish their tour final tour in February next year.

After breaking down in tears on ‘The Talk’ last week, she said: "After the (Black Sabbath) tour, he goes in as an inpatient for three months. He’s working at it. It’s hard because it affects the whole family. And, it’s quite embarrassing to talk about.

"Somehow drugs and drink is more acceptable I think. When it’s somebody that has a sex addiction, it’s embarrassing.

"He’s come out and admitted it finally. It’s very, very hard. It’s been going on for at least six years."
