Kim Kardashian West has 25 security guards

Kim Kardashian West hired 25 security guards to ensure her safety at a party at the weekend.

The 35-year-old reality star enlisted the service of a "small police force" at Revolve House in the Hamptons on Saturday (07.16.16), with three armed guards surrounding her while others milled around.

As one bodyguard entered the venue, they told a member of staff: "I’m carrying a gun. It’s on my ankle."

And a source told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column: "25 bodyguards were hired from her side. They’re off-duty cops. It’s like a small police force."

While Kim – who flew into the resort specifically for the event – left after taking a number of selfies with Instagram influencers, her security staff stayed on to catch A$AP Rocky perform.

The brunette beauty – who has children North, three, and Saint, seven months, with husband Kanye West – had attended the party with best friend Jonathan Cheban and documented their trip on Snapchat.

Posting from a private plane, she said: "Hey guys we are getting ready on the jet. Heading to the revolve party in The Hamptons."

As her make-up artist applied her final touches, she quipped: "Glamming on a plane ain’t easy."

As they touched down, Jonathan exclaimed: "We are taking over The Hamptons."

Kim also Snapchatted the stunning summer house venue and felt her older sister Kourtney Kardashian would have fallen in love with the place.

She said: "’I mean look at this Revolve house. Kourtney this is your dream. How cute."

The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star may have enlisted the service of armed guards for the party, but she has previously admitted she is "scared" of guns.

Asked what she wants to change about the world, she said: "Gun control. "I’m not the type to have them in my house. They scare me so much.

"If I could do something to change the world … I’m not really a gun person, and we do not have strict enough gun control laws."
