Jennifer Aniston has "never" liked her bottom.

The former ‘Friends’ actress – who played the iconic role as Rachel Green for 10 years – has admitted she used to be "chubby" as a child, which made her conscious of her "bubble butt" and her round face, and she wished beauty craze’s such as contouring were available then to save her from being bullied for her plumper frame, although she wishes she had her "round" face now.

Speaking about her body shape to PEOPLE TV, the 47-year-old beauty – who was crowned the World’s Most Beautiful Woman of 2016 by PEOPLE magazine on Wednesday (20.04.16) – said: "I used to be such a little round thing.

"I’ve never loved my butt. It’s sort of a thing. I had a bubble butt and was teased. Now people are paying money to get things injected. Like, we’re sitting here dying over squats and I’m like, "Wait, what the trend?!?"

"When I was in my 20s, my face was almost a complete circle. So I really needed contouring. Now I’m slowly chiseling away, wishing I had that round face back."

The ‘Mother’s Day’ star revealed her diet has significantly changed since her younger days.

Speaking about her eating habits, she said: "My diet was terrible. Milkshakes and French fries with gravy."

However, Jennifer – who is married to Justin Theroux – has since ditched her former unhealthy snacking for a variety of vitamins and undergoes a full-packed workout to stay trim and achieve a taught derrière.

She explained: "I’ve got a healthy bag of vitamins I take three times a day, like Viviscal and your basic omegas and vitamin C. Good stuff.

"I usually do a trifecta. 15 minutes on the bike, 15 on the treadmill running and then 15 on the elliptical. You have to shake it up, you know, muscle confusion."
