Adrienne Bailon shed 22 pounds before wedding
Adrienne Bailon has lost 22 pounds.
The ‘Real’ host has revealed she dropped the impressive amount in the run up to her wedding to Israel Houghton, which took place in Paris last week.
She told People magazine: "We actually bonded over lobster pizza at Berri’s Cafe on 3rd Street in Los Angeles. We gained weight together and now we’re losing it together.
"I love the way my clothes are fitting so much that I don’t want to stop. I want this to become a lifestyle. I’m enjoying working out. I enjoy the way it makes me feel. Israel has lost 25 pounds so he’s beating me, but I’m competitive – so wait for it!"
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old television personality and actress previously revealed she feels "so blessed and grateful" to be married to Israel.
She gushed: "I genuinely just feel so blessed and grateful. I’ve honestly never been happier in my entire life. I’ve never felt what I feel right now. I can’t even describe what it is, but it’s such a peace mixed with total excitement.
"I’m so glad we chose such an intimate group of who have shared in our journey and know our hearts and that I honestly feel comfortable crying in front of. I didn’t want to invite people I felt I had to put on a performance for. I wanted every moment to be genuine and really special and that’s what it is going to be."
And Adrienne recently took to Instagram to reveal she has been shedding the pounds on a tea detox.
She wrote: "Well folks, I’ve lost 15lbs & counting! Can’t stop. Won’t stop. Focused! Ha. It’s always tea time in my dressing room! Loving my detox with @fittea! Have you joined me?! Um, it’s November 1st! The perfect time to start! Stay classy lol. XO #TeaTime #FitTea#Detox. (sic)"
