Kylie Jenner’s trophy estate
Kylie Jenner has one of the "most trophy properties out there".
The 19-year-old reality star has bought a $4.5 million four-acre property next door to the $6 million luxury home in Hidden Hills, California, which she bought in May, meaning she now has an $8 million joint compound.
Her real estate agent Tomer Fridman told Us Weekly: "To have this is a rarity, She turned this into a trophy estate because it’s two separate houses, but she owns both of them and they are next to each other in a private drive. It’s übertrophy, one of the most trophy properties out there."
The brunette beauty is said to be planning to use her latest property as a "work space" for her Kylie Cosmetics business.
Tomer previously hailed Kylie’s main home as a "showpiece".
The real estate agent said: "It’s a total showpiece."
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star – who is dating Tyga – also owns a property in a Calabasas gated community, close to where many of her siblings reside, but put the house up for sale for $3.9 million in June.
Kylie has been expanding her cosmetics range rapidly, and this week announced plans for a brown and black eye-liner kit, which she’s named Kyliner.
The reality TV star remained tight-lipped on the release date but let slip earlier this week that she has a number of products dropping later this month.
Along with the new Kyliners, Kylie is also planning to release some new matte lip kits as well as an eye-shadow pallet.
She said: "My new matte colours come out in less than two weeks," before adding that she’s been "working" on more eye-shadow shades for her make-up range.
Kylie unveiled her first eye-shadow palette Kyshadow, which features nine bronze shades in the kit, last month.
She said at the time: "Surprise, I’m launching a Kyshadow palette!!! I’ve been working on this for months and I’m so excited to finally reveal the big news to you guys (sic)."
