Kat Graham is selling her Hollywood Hills home for $1.3 million.
The 27-year-old actress has put her home up for sale for the impressive price tag, as she’s looking to move out of Hollywood’s Cahuenga Canyon gated community.
The ‘Vampire Diaries’ actress purchased the property back in 2012 for $849,000 and so will make a sizeable profit if she manages to sell the home for the asking price.
Kat’s house includes a modest two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but is situated on a fairly large plot of land, with the whole home measuring 2,174 square feet.
The property also includes a meditation room, a den, and a recording studio for Kat’s side project as a singer. There’s also a stone courtyard included in the gated home, which features a fountain and a bench.
According to Realtor.com, the home was built in 1927 and although it has since been remodelled, many of the Spanish-style original architectural features have remained intact.
The publication says of the home: "The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, along with vintage Spanish tile work. A nod to the home’s roots include a fireplace in the living room and vaulted ceilings with heavy wooden beams in many of the rooms."
Meanwhile, the ’17 Again’ actress admitted last year she was sad to be parting ways with the crew on the hit CW show ‘Vampire Diaries’ – which began airing its eighth and final season in October – as they have become a "family".
She said about the show ending: "I just hope that whatever I do after, the crew can come with me. If the crew can come with me, then we’ll be good. The crew is going to be the hardest thing to let go, because we are a family.
"You know what, another season is a whole other year, and we’re going to blow it out."
